A Few Things...

Just a quick update,  I am finishing up my last semester of college!  I found out that I will graduate with honors!  I am excited, I will be done this fall but in the spring I am going to walk at graduation.  I am taking spring semester off and spend time looking into grad schools.  Also I just hit a big milestone. 


I learned how to ride a bike!  Yes, at 32 I just finally learned to ride a bike.  It has been a week since I learned how to ride and today I finally ventured to the bike path.  I did 3 miles.  I am pretty proud of myself.  I can't believe I waited this long to learn how to ride. 

I'm Still Here

I'm here, really I am.  I haven't ran in about 6 months.  It got cold and I quickly realized that cold and running do not mix for me.  I also went back to school.  I had this crazy and insane idea that I wanted to finish my bachelors degree that I started all those years ago, and you know what I'm doing it.

Its been difficult and I want to quit on a weekly basis, but I'm not.  I took 3 in the fall, I'm in 3 now, I will take 1, maybe 2 in the summer and then either 2 or 3 in the fall.  Then I am finished with my bachelors in Communication Studies.  Then its onto something really insane, I'm getting my Masters Degree. 

I want my Masters in Library Information Science.  At the wonderful age of 32 I finally decided what I want to be when I grow up, a librarian, a children's librarian specifically. 

I just wanted to throw a quick update out there.  I am going to try to blog more, share more about going back to school, trying to run (when it warms up), and whatever else life brings my way.
