Where I've been

I went MIA.  I'm not sure what happened, but I started skipping runs and now I'm behind.  I have somewhat lost my motivation and I'm not sure how to get it back.  I am open to suggestions =) I want to run and I'm trying to run, but I am struggling. 


  1. We've all been there- wait, I live there, haha. Seriously, it's ok. Maybe break it up with something new or try to add in some skipping or strides on your run so you still get the benefit from the training but kind of break up the monotony of "just" running!
