After trying on all the shoes, and a few of them twice I decided to go with the Brooks Dyda 7's in a size 10. They are very comfortable. I have a very low arch and my feet roll inward and these really help with that. I can't wait to give them a try tomorrow! Not my favorite color, I really wanted some cute little pink ones, but I'm good with these, so comfortable.
Since I was already in Columbus I had to go to my favorite bakery and get a cookie for me and my kiddo, and i had to go to Target, because well I love Target!
Anyways I can't wait to get out and run tomorrow morning and see how my new shoes do on the road!
p.s.
There was a family of geese trying to cross a very busy street, it was cute but scary. They were either going to get hit or cause an accident.
Yay for running shoes! Its pretty exciting to get fitted for your first pair. I am still struggling to find the right ones, but I will say I've learned that the general guidance is to always go 1/2 size up over your normal shoes. I'm glad you got into a bigger size... you could be really hurting your feet later on!!
ReplyDeleteAlso, I have run into so many geese family crossing the road! I've started to block the road for them, but man... those little guys seem to take the longest routes to get places!
